Heat JunkieReally well-polished. The movement and abilities make it fun to play and master, esp when you get into the flow. Speaking of which, it can sometimes be hard to get into the flow whenever you get stuck (because you ran out of heat) since you have to open the menu, click restart, and wait for the restart animation. I suggest making streamlining this process to make it easier for the players to restart quickly. Overall tho, prolly of the most fun I've had playing platformers in this jam. Aside from some rough edges, it felt like a complete game. Really good work!

Incinerateyour first level left me being jaded with ok that’s another kind of generic platformer…
then the other abilities started to kick in, gave it quite a life of its own
the art is simple, but consistent… 2-bit style is my favorite
I honestly didn’t finish it, but mostly because I didn’t have time to keep retrying, felt hard (at times) but not frustrating
this happened with quite a few games, don’t know what is common issue here… but audio was LOOOOOOUD, suuuuper LOUD
