Honestly, with because of obsessed this community is with QR codes, this makes a great game.

I think that it also was a really smart decision to make the QR codes lead to Google Searches or Wikipedia instead of to a specific game as this lets the game "last longer" in terms of images not being deleted and this depends more on the lifespan of Google and Wikipedia.

I think the small detail with the A button is pretty funny. Unfortunately I did have to do a little more work to get that QR code to work because of it being so small but it was still worth it.

The knocking on the door is really well done and somehow I was just immersed into the game. The randomized houses were also really great as well. This is just a great experience that I could see myself enjoying over and over again.

The only additions that I could see that could be added to this game is the ability to see how many QR codes have been collected and to be able to have a gallery so that the player could go back to each one and see what they have. Also for the gallery it would be nice to have a link that could be typed in or even just know where you are going.

This is a really well polished experience and I really enjoyed this, thank you!

this is a super kind comment, thank you so much Bear!!!

that A button QR code is so hard to scan - i had to take a picture of it and then scan the picture haha

i love the idea of a QR count, or a gallery!! one thing i also think would be nice is if codes didn't repeat until you saw all of them (i also regret not adding WAY more codes and house decor!)

thank you again for the kind words!! i'm so happy you enjoyed it!

I agree that it would be nice (or ideal) for the codes not to repeat but it's whatever. I do think it would be fun for you to add even more codes. Maybe you could do a 2.0 of the game with all these improvements and spookiness!

I also think adding codes for other creators games could be a fun idea as well. Or even just to your own game!

Very fun concept! I love the little different results in the QR codes. Is the layout of the lawns and houses randomly generated?  Also is there an ending? Because I’ve been playing for 10 minutes straight expecting some bonkers QR code that ends the game 😅 Super fun though!

Developer(+1)

thank you so much!! the houses and lawns are all random!

sadly no ending - it just goes on forever and ever and ever and ever. i think there's a memory leak though, so that could be the ending!! it would take a really long time to reach though haha

(love your profile gif!!)

(thanks, love the Breadbug and it’s funny how instead of being one big breadbug gif that I thought it would be it’s just many lil ones walking, makes it feel like a 90s web page)

(OMG I JUST SAW YOUR ITCH PAGE WITH ALL THE BREADBUGS - this is incredible hahahaha)
