Is it ok to submit a game that I have worked on before and have added features for this jam ?

" (unless otherwise stated)" means I could do but I have to state that it was an old project ?

1. 🚫 No Cheating — Don’t submit old projects. Everything should be made during the jam (unless otherwise stated). General-purpose assets like music or art can be reused or created beforehand.
   I believe that "(unless otherwise stated)" means that by default you are not alowed to use old projects, only if somewhere is written "you can use old projects" - then you can. 
   But, i believe that it is pretty standart for Jams and this Jam to not use old projects.
