Having the ability to climb 1 or 2 steps is really fun and I kept coming back to try to beat my best score. The missing steps certainly make climbing the stairs more dangerous and more fun

I think it´s an interest approach, but it gets too repetitive and doesn´t get any difficult. 

Interesting concept, but gets old quick. It could have had different "Climbing platform" visuals for the jam, like a monkey climbing a vine by stepping on leaves.
