The idea of a platformer where you have to avoid the platform's shadows is really solid. I like the main character's sunny face and the chip-tune music gives it a fun arcade-y feel. Nice entry!

I love the idea with the dark paths, where you have to decide what’s better for your health. Simple but working platformer, well done. For the controls, I would prefer W for jumping and space for shooting, more intuitive in my opinion.

Movement feels great, the shooting is a little awkward at times but still works fine. I got hurt by some enemies on the platform above me at some point which seems like a bug.
Thank you for playing the game! Your character is powered by the sun, and damaged by shadows. When he walks underneath platforms he gets damaged gradually by the shadow cast underneath the platform, that's likely what you were experiencing.

I really like the art and the death sound. Though it was kind of frustrating having shift being the shoot button, I kept activating sticky keys.

Ecoman's design is super cute! Had a bit of difficulty with some jumping sequences (I'm not good at platformers) but enjoyed it a lot!
