Nuoc mam is what you're going for :) Tuong an pho (or hoisin sauce) is the good stuff to eat with phở!

Thank you for the tip! I wasn't completely sure about the 'render first' so I left it alone. I'll look further into that and edit my submission with the time left. And with this pandemic and all, I wish that I could go out to get phở... ;-;
