Pretty good game, this is my best score so far

well done! have you checked the instruction manual already? I've learnt of 1 technique when play testing where you press almost every button that you can input at once to phase through the wall on level 2. One thing I forgot to put in the manual is that pressing u resets the game so you can try again without reopening the exe :D

Game talk aside (I need to contain how much I've learnt about this silly little game jam game I made) I'm glad you like it. I'm surprised I was able to make a versatile enough game mechanic to bring a hint of replayability to this which I'm very happy about. Thanks for the comment too!

I think the soundtrack was a bit too loud, but other than that, great job! I found the game really fun.

I've never been good at balancing music, but I can make more of an effort next time, thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the game :D

I like how you put the secrets in the txt file. I also like the idea of using wasd and direction keys to double speed. Maybe bigger maps could show off that feature some more and some moving walls so you have to time stuff. Your little guy with the cape is pretty cool.

The moving wall idea is a really good idea! I wish I thought of that.

This game jam was my biggest game jam project I've ever done as it was the first game jam I did that used sprite sheets and levels (yes levels). Specifically with the level design I had to make the system myself during the jam and didn't make it well enough to create levels quickly. I got done as many as I could but there was much I wanted to add that I couldn't.

Thanks for the comment! It was really encouraging! (Also the little guy with the cape is supposed to be based on the player in Tomb of the Mask ok bai :D)

Try to beat my highscore :D
