Description
The genre here is.... hmmm.... "experimental electronic", I guess.

This piece is made in Logic X, using mostly sampled instruments, and feeding the outputs of the DAW back on itself to create feedback loops (see video, "Bus 3").

Theme:

Two Worlds

How does it fit the theme?
The piece tracks one theme through two different sound-worlds: a tight, over-the-top, beat-based world, and a spacey, noisy feedback world.

This is a creative use of software. The melody line is unique and therefore is more memorable. I like that you kept the part-writing relatively simple to make room for the effects and feedback loops. Thank you for sharing!

love this! The sounds contrast and yet complement each other, a good representation of the theme

Nice track! The "drone" ending is great ^^

Great space atmosphere, good job!

This has a really neat atmosphere! I like how you fed the DAW back into itself to make a feedback loop, that was really clever

And again, wow! That one even gave me some goosebumps.

I really liked that drum and bass. With the drum "lagging" and being at 0dB, it gives this whole soundtrack that "unreal world"-type of vibe. The piano fits in perfectly as well.

I don't have anything to rant about, I think this soundtrack is great, fits perfectly with the theme as well. I think that's a 10/10 from me, really.

Edit: And the bass is very sweet as well. Also, it loops pretty well!
