Epic title theme for a fantasy game where your best pal is a powerful white dragon.
Did in Bitwig with a few Kontakt instruments.
Message from the artist
First time for me to compose for orchestra, I mostly did electronic music composition. A really interesting experience, hard to not get lost in the mixing phase in such a short time !
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
The image and the name evoke something both epic, powerful, and at the same time light and effortless. I tried to convey the power with the piano chords and the strings and horns. The melody played with the piano with a long reverb is much more light, and represent something floating above the ground.
And the drawing reminds me a lot of a scene from Princess Mononoke, so I went full on Joe Hisaishi :)

Classic and effective chord movements with a touch of Dorian which is great for this theme. Love the piano, reminiscent of BOTW. Great composition!

Wow, I love the harmonies in this piece.... I hear this interplay of light and dark that works so well, evoking grandeur. The piano is beautiful. I also like that you included vocal synth (? something that sounded like that) to great effect.
