My apprehension is about choosing the winner and attributing tokens, this makes the game competitive wheras I feel that your intention in to share musiquebetween players, so maybe some more cooperative mechanic would be better suited ? especially that the line between the rôle and the player is  very fluid
like maybe all Mixologists work together to choose the right simple to show to the Customer ?
