Not much happened for me. But as it's unfinished it's difficult to fairly access. My assumption is it was meant to be a game where you set up some form of deterministic automata - it's definitely an original idea, and would be nice to see where it could be taken, but without seeing any functional game play I can't really say much more.
It's a promising concept and presentation, and the line drawing and connection mechanic is solid. If you have time, I think it would benefit from some additional instructions on home to play, as I couldn't work out what I needed to do. I could also imagine some really nice sound effects.
It does indeed say not finished. I have discovered a line follower simulator!

I don't get it, you mentioned randomly spawning processes, but on mine nothing happens :v
