I actually love this game despite how difficult the first level is for me, anyway. This game feels like an action platformer puzzle where I have to jump on or teleport to another platform and avoid bubbles trying to catch you and cut you to pieces. My problems are that I don't hear any music, but the audio sound effects fit the game's overall theme really well. There's also no restart logic whenever I get caught by the bubbles. These problems haven't stopped me from giving it a 4 stars in terms of gameplay and graphics. I only gave 3 stars for audio simply because I don't know if music is playing in the background or it was never implemented. As for the NES feel, I gave it a good 5 stars because the sound effects and gameplay definitely have an NES feel to it. Nice job overall!

the music only plays during boss fights. You can respawn by pressing E. I added a title screen to show the controls, you must have accidentally skipped it.

I reached the exit.

The game was longer than I expected and it's full of very cool and different sequences whose length and difficulty are perfect. While unique enough the game also completely feels like a NES game and the ending screen and music are cool.

To be fair I never completely got the jump command, basically I often pressed it thinking I would jump but didn't, yet that was no big deal in the end and I had a lot of fun playing the game anyway.

thank you for the feedback. I appreciate the honesty that you show in your criticism. A few questions, Which boss fight was your favorite? What part of the game was your favorite? How many times did you get caught?

Good questions, it could be 50 times but probably a bit less, I like the last boss because these bosses where the floor breaks check plenty of dots which make them cool : many things happen on the screen, they're extra unique, there's a progression during the fight since the battlefield's evolving and you have to adapt to the evolving  battlefield as well as a sense of urgency but the thing I actually like is that you've got multiple bosses which don't work the same.
