At the conclusion of the jam, do we retain the rights to the game we make? Can we improve and sell it after the jam? Or are the rights transferred to the Game Jam organizer?

I'm 99% sure that the rights to game and art are not transferred to the jam organizer and that you are free to improve or sell it. :)
