Use of the limitation
The game features a world map with constant movement (the birds are always migrating south), and the best approach to the game's battles is to quickly steal and run (or in other words to keep moving)

A bit too complicated for me to understand, but I'm sure it's grea
I didn't expect to see a game quite like this in this jam. It's a great concept, and extremely unique!
I did find it to be a bit complicated and hard to understand at times. But overall, great job!
Enjoyed it, good job with the game :)
Thanks much! c:
I enjoyed playing ! impressed with the battle scenes, congratulations! keep it up!
Glad to hear it! Thank you
Impressive achievement for such a short time period! Party based battles, different stats... awesome.
However, I think there are a bit too many mechanic at work all at once.
Thank you! and yeah, with the time constraints we probably stuffed too much in the game, implementation took so long that we didn't really have time to actually balance everything out, so its a little bit of a mess.
The spritework of the bird was particularly impressive. I do think that the background they were on did not contrast them well so it is harder to appreciate the great spritework.
I think there is alot going on mechanically in this game and it is unfortunate that I do not think many people will be able to play that long for a game jam to really appreciate all the work you did here.
I like they idea to kind of take control of the antagonists.
Thank you! These birds are some of the best sprites I've ever done, I reckon. I do agree that the background is a bit much behind them, ideally the faux-glitch art would have been a bit more controlled behind the birds, but I ended up having to whip it up pretty fast.
And yeah, we maybe flew a bit too close to the sun, haha.
A lot of life and impressive for the time given. Great work!
Thanks so much!
The art is phenomenal. love all of the character designs.
Aww, thank you so much! I think they were worth the painkillers i had to take for my wrists, lol.
I feel like this game is super deep! The mechanics kind of go crazy.
Thanks for making it!
Thank you so much! We definitely wanted to pack a lot in there (though we tried to show *some* restraint ... tried)
Interesting game, there is a lot of elements in the game.
The battles seems to take too long, or I didn't know how to make it faster. When the battle end I get into another battle before I can find my character.
Congrats!
Thank you!
Yeah, unfortunately we just did not have the time to really balance out the stats; ideally the battles could be faster, and you'd have some space around yourself after a battle.
