I have experience with python and a bit of C++.
Still learning GDscript but I feel I know enough right now to hack together a simple game.
I also can help with making basic game assets and the overall game design.
not my thread but might as well, I've learned godot with no prior knowledge just this past month and this is already my second game jam. Tried to learn unity a couple of times but found it too complex for my needs. In my opinion if you wanna make 2d games quickly and easily, godot is really awesome and intuitive!
