You should use Inno Setup!
Whith Inno you can create installer applications that dont require the admin password.
I recommend just doing a portable .exe file rather than an installer in the future. It's a pretty unnecessary step for your players to go through.
The main character is adorable and I like the visuals, but it could have used some sound and music.
I'm not sure of the purpose of the Courage bar, other than forcing you to hold Q every now and then. That got a bit annoying really fast.
