Very Nicely done I love the Idea behind the mechanic, I second scaling the early difficulty. None the less very cool stuff!
I just realized there is a bug that shows the black bars that keep the player inside the play area, I will try to fix it soon
It's fun but a little too hard since the very beginning. Consider tuning the difficulty
If you were to update the game I would add more checkpoints.
I initially thought of it, but I though it would be better without them because the game has a focus on speed running :)
