I was so freaked out by a live house!!!

I love the art style! It's so cute and charming. I suggest give player some feedback to their action like SFX or particle.

Developer

Yeah that's a great idea, it would make the hits look better! Thanks for the feedback :)

Fun little platformer! I liked the enemies, especially the ones that explode. Nice work.

First off, congratulations on completing your first game jam! That's a huge achievement and something to be really proud of!

I noticed the hitboxes were a bit unpredictable, which made it challenging to navigate some of the obstacles and enemies. It might help to tighten those up so players can feel more in control of their movements and interactions, or maybe just give the player some HP so it's not a one-hit-kill

Developer

thanks for the feedback, I have been working on fixing some bugs lol and I nerfed the enemies and increased the sword hitbox, also removed friction so he does not stick to walls. Thanks for the recommendations and for playing my game thoroughly!

I liked the style of the game - curvy pixel art. I don’t know, I really like games like that. To be honest, the gameplay is so-so. The game doesn’t use the limit much. But that doesn’t make the game bad! There are a lot of interesting things in the game! I also liked how the enemies flip :)

Developer

thanks :)

I really enjoyed the simple, weird graphics of the enemies, especially the logs. The music really adds to the game’s goofyness, which is a good thing in my opinion. This might be an issue on my end, but killing enemies was just not working at all. If you could explain what’s causing this, I’ll give it a second look and tweak my rating. Not amazing objectively, but I enjoyed it. Nice work :)

Developer

I will nerf all the enemies lol, but also thanks for the review !

This is my first game jam, please be kind ;) I love criticism and ideas !!
