PS: I realize that logically, the heart reset would follow precisely having gone down to zero hearts… :o But you could still justify it thinking of healing spells and so on, I guess. :)

Nice start. Liked the idea of being stuck in the boss fight and trying to break the loop by losing all your health. Could use a bit more content.
