Unfortunately every time I clicked anything to start, it just wouldn't load and stayed on a black screen D:, I was excited to see what other beginner developers were up to!

DragonRuby was aweomse to use! I had never used it before, but it was a lovely intro to game dev.
Lessons
I learned a lot about collisions and jumping physics that will definitely help in future platforming games.
