This is such a cool take on the theme!

Book Store Drama was a fun and engaging experience! The movement through the bookstore was a clever touch, adding a unique feel to the visual novel genre. I appreciated the effort that went into the story and minigames. However, I agree with others that the single-line scrolling text made it a bit hard to follow. A multi-line block might help with readability, even if it takes up more space. Overall, it's great to see another Godot project here.

Damn that took a lot of effort! Agree with the single line text, kinda annoying!

I played far enough to see a couple (fail-state) endings and some of the minigames. The 'movement' through the bookstore is super neat, I like that a lot. Gonna be real though, I struggled with the single line of scrolling text. I think the text might have been better in a multi-line block, maybe with a vertical scroll; even though that would take up more real-estate it would've been much easier to read.

As is, I did like a lot about this!

It is great to see another Godot user around! The newer versions of Godot 4 also support web builds, so you may want to start using Godot 4.2 and later.
