Very impressive game which has a very good solid, it can be really good which some minor mechanic add-ons. You can test also the time-attack mode. What can be improved is tutorial, but I think I didn’t need it anyway

Developer

Thanks for the response! The tutorial is definitely the first thing we will improve in the future.

The game idea is great and the game is very fun to play, the eyes mirroring was a great adition to the game, the music, animations and graphics are very good. The tutorial is a very good idea and the game is easy to understand despite an idea quite original. Congrat on the work.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I love the visual style and sounds of your game!

Damn, it's hard to rate your game with only 3 criteria, Creativity 5/5 for sure, what has killed the fun for me was the wall-of-text tutorial. Immediately I  knew what to comment on :) If only you removed the tutorial button the game would be better.  It said to press 1,2 or 3, which I did, and was surprised by the lack of a path on my screen. Thankfully it does show when using the mouse, but why put the option to use the numbers? After seeing the wall of text I had wanted to give 2 for fun, but when I discovered you could use the mouse I wanted to give 3. The audio convinced me to give 4 stars,  but I wished there was an option to give 3 and a half. As for the theme, my choice is 3, because the theme could've been "Legs" in which the player gets legs up to the immobile giant. For me, there is no strong connection. I have a feeling of hunger, I'm hungry for more because the idea of the cards is brilliant. I perhaps would've liked a combat game with movement like this and the two halves feel unnecessary.

Wow, thank you for the long and informative feedback! Looking back, we should definitely put the tutorial in multiple "slides". The 123 buttons were added in hopes that you could move quicker if you were able know where you were going to end up. So that there were a little skill celling to the game. Also, we took heavy inspiration of the fighting games like for honor and YOMI hustle.

nice graphics and interesting original gameplay!

I really liked this!  Oddly what impresses me most is how the game is balanced; I never had a failure that I felt was RNG rather than just poor judgement on my part.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Getting the balance right-ish was mostly blind luck!

My high score is 8970. (I was collaborating with boat_legs in making this game, so I have had some practice.)
