- Very good animation on the creature! The BG and artworks were beautifully crafted, however the game play was a bit repetitive. A few checkpoints would have been nice for less hardcore gamers like myself! Jumping on the platform was hard, I wasn't sure often if I didn't exactly time the jump right or got lucky, I would fall to my doom and have to restart. Then again, maybe I wasn't the target audience! I am not sure where the vault theme was represented. Very nice art direction overall! Polished and well done.
- I love the main character look, and the abstract / painterly vibe of the whole game. Its cool to see you push the parallax really far as well! For a game made in only two days this is awesome, and you should be very proud. You have a lot of artistic merit, and I would have liked to see more of that in this submission. I'm excited to see you push your expressiveness going forward, I think you can make something very unique. The idea of a basic platformer isn't super compelling as far as the theme goes, but its a very cool base. Great work!
- Beautiful run cycle and climbing animations, the background feels like a different style though.
- Great start with this one! I love the background art a lot - it's very minimal/broad strokes, but still really gets the point across and the main character is cute as heck! Great work with this one!

Lovely entry!
The character looks great and his animations do too (background and VFX too, including a great camera shake ;) )
Controls work and have a good feeling. Oh yeah, really liked the wall climbing mechanic, makes me think of Celeste.
Congrats for the game!
The game was great, love the background, controls were great, dont know the theme, I think it glitched at the end by the boat
The game itself isn't horrible,
I think adding some extra time to allow the player to input a bit after going off a ledge would help cull frustrations,
Currently when I go to jump when I'm on a platforming while running it ends up with eventually the jump not registering and just running off the edge.
Also adding in some audio would help would making things more reactive
Though it's certainly a good base!
I like the art in this game, but the gameplay kind of bored me, I'm sorry to say. I just jumped on platforms and climbed back up when I missed a jump. To be honest, the climb mechanic kinda felt like I was cheating. And when I reached the end, I got in the boat, the game switched to a screen with a dialogue box, and kinda just froze up? Not sure what happened there.
Also, it would be great to have checkpoints since the level is quite long. Starting at the beginning after making a lot of progress felt frustrating.
I also don't really see the vault theme. Maybe you can explain to me where it is? /genq
