Really satisfying game to play, especially the character's trail made me want to move it around everywhere, nice done :)

AWH this is so cute, I love the little embedded story about homecoming you have within this. This is another really wonderful implementation of the theme and the special object's applicability to the little story you've got in here just really brings it all together. There's a couple glitches here and there (but what else is new in a 4 day game jam), honestly the biggest thing I might mention is maybe reducing the hitbox on the player-character and maybe allowing space to be used as a jump button since the controls are WASD. In any case though, really wonderful job, I enjoy these kinds of games a lot- reminded me a bit of/made me a bit nostalgic for the flash games of yore

Thank you for the kind words! I’m glad you liked it. And yeah the hit box could be a bit smaller to compensate for the glitches!

There were a couple glitches here and there, but it wasn't too bad thanks to the restart option. Fun game overall!

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad the restart option made the glitches bearable. Thanks for playing!

i found a glitch, but is pretty cool and funny to play so, I vote for this one!

Thank you! Glad you found it funny despite the glitches haha.

There are some glitches, but overall cool game!

Developer

Thank you! And yeah the glitches were my main worry. I couldn’t fix most of them so the best I could do given the time frame was give the player a way to restart the levels. Thanks for playing!

Lovely game,  the story telling alongside the music created quite the immersive experience which made me truly happy when I was able to return home. The game play was very satisfying despite the few bugs here and there. Great job! Looking forward to see what you come up with in a future jam.

Developer

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the gameplay and story. M.A.C. did a great job with the music for sure.

Eventhough the visuals are very simple, they fit well, i think. + Well made mechanic you made there!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the game.

Weird glitch where I bounced off the glass of screen 5 into the floor and I softlocked myself

Developer

Yeah there are some small glitches that happen sometimes. They can almost always be fixed by pressing R to go back to your last checkpoint.
