I'd like to use the logos/textures on the landing page / splashscreen
can we get a downloadable pack please

You can find the same link on the main jam page as well now.
On the main page of the jam (https://itch.io/jam/irx-jam-24) there is a button titled "Join jam" If you click on that, it joins the jam and that button changes to "Submit your project".
If you click on that button, you can upload your game there or through your itch page.
