This game is so much fun playing. Nice arcade vibes. I am in love with the mechanics idea, brilliant!

Congrats for your game, I had a fun time playing it! Keep on adding new features and put it out there!

The graphics look like something you'd find on a Vectrex, so nice and clean! The gameplay is simple, yet offers a lot to work with, and the retro theme is quite present here. I also like that there isn't just one type of enemy, which makes this game so much more fun. Good job! It's a fun game!

Very polished for a jam game. I'm just super impressed by this one in general. The gameplay is simple, but fun and replayable. It's spot-on aesthetically too; the art, music, and sounds all work together nicely.

Not sure I've got much feedback for this one; it's top notch, and exceptional for a jam entry. I wouldn't think this one would necessarily need expanding on, but I'd be curious to see what you did with it if you were thinking about expanding anyway. Awesome work!

Fun game.

Simple, clean, straight to the point.

Love the art style.

My only suggestion is maybe add reverse hand controls for people who prefer to use arrow keys.

Hi!

Your game fit the retro theme very well, I applaud you! The art is yet another modern/futuristic, sci-fi, close to neon-style art which I really appreciate. The controls were very responsive and the turret constantly spinning, only allowing you to change direction, was a great twist on other similar games, albeit I did have a bit of a hard time hitting my shots with this mechanic.

The ammo as a pickup was a neat change which forces you to take risks, which is a great improvement from games similar to this that basically just allow you to sit still. The SFX matched the gameplay really well too. The music itself, while not bad itself, could've been a bit more "intense" or "hyped" if that makes sense - to my liking that is.

On top of that, the slow introduction of multiple enemies was a nice touch!

Oh! It's not any critique at all, but perhaps you could consider making points go up more than "1" per picked up 'coin'. Like 10 or 100 per coin, it makes it feel a bit more impactful and I personally think it'd add a bit to the chaos that becomes the game as you go longer and longer.

Thank you for your submission!

Really well made! It's a nice and simple arcade with very to easy to understand controls. I don't get the point of switching the spin direction since the opportunity rarely comes up to press it. I like the art and the music, this is a good submission!

Really like this one a great deal, tight controls, creates a lot of stress and actually reminds me of something classic and old school, I just for the life of me can't place it but it had a nostalgic feel to it.  Great entry and definitely a contender.
