For the supporting material, should we be presenting this in a sort of poster or brochure form? Or just send separate screenshots in the zipped folder so they can be displayed in different forms? I suppose I am just asking in what form would work best for showing off our process of making our games?

Thanks for the question. Separate screenshots with detailed file names (gametitle.description for instance) are preferred as we'll arrange selected materials into a brochure/digital zine available at the festival (and on our website!). If you'd like to include something like a readme file explaining your process or further detailing anything in your supporting materials, however, it would certainly increase the impact of that material, though this is not required at all.
