Thank you for including the emulator so I could try it out.

the character moves smoothly, and I like the combination of weapons mechanic a lot!

I am super concerned for you to listen to the technical limitations of the SMS. When I had a few bullets on the screen, the frame rate dropped considerably.

Yep, the game's frame rate drops when there are too many shots on screen; I may have to either optimize a few things, or reduce the amount of shots on screen. Maybe both.

I wasn't sure if I was really doing the boss battle right.

First time I've used a Sega emulator... I wasn't hearing anything either. Is there sound?

Oh, sorry, the boss battle is unfinished, for now. You can't hit it, and it can't hit you. 😅

Also, sound isn't implemented, yet.
