Remarkable: Cool to see the car standard asset used in a project.

Needs Improvement: Car controls are not great - it feels like I'm not really sticking to the road (obviously not your fault exactly). Also, it felt weird that the game doesn't let you crash, stopping you before you fall instead of deciding when you've got yourself stuck/destroyed.

Successful: The premise - timed race to campus to park your car - works well, and it's cool to see some recognizable buildings :)

I think it goes without saying that this game is beyond incredible. It's very clear that you put an immense amount of effort into both the driving mechanics and the modeling of both the car and the scenery. Even small details such as the rear view mirror and the radio stations were really nice. The only criticism I could possibly give to the game is how jarring it feels when you lose. While I didn't dig into the code, it seems that if your car begins to flip, the game automatically hits you with a fail screen. I can understand the reasoning for this, as it would soft lock the game if you flipped, but it might have been cool to atleast let the player see the car crash and flip rather than simply having time stop.

It came out really good! I like the small touches like the radio and the back mirror. I’d say the main thing that could use improvement is the controls; they feel a little floaty while turning. Still, overall it feels good driving around and the map is interesting enough that it’s enjoyable to explore. Also, I did get a little thrill when I saw the ramp.

This is a really nice game!! The map looks really good, and the car controls admittedly much better than I expected it to. The only critique I would give is that when you're not actively going forward (pressing w), the car kind of just feels like it's floating. This would probably just be fixed with some constant white noise the entire time the car is moving, though. Other than that, this game is really fun and I liked it a lot. I thought the setting was very well put together, and you made the terrain feel much bigger than it actually was, which is impressive. Good job!!

Hey Mason, your game was a lot of fun to play. As a fellow commuter it made the experience that much more enjoyable. The most remarkable thing about your game would be the scenery. The world is full of fun and interactive environments that make your game stand out to me. The ramp was a great thing to find. I got some serious air! The inclusion of on-campus buildings was a great easter egg. Driving by the AIMM building at 100 mph was a nice change of pace from the usual 25. My biggest critique would be the handling of the car. It becomes really slick in some spots and arrow keys make it really difficult sometimes. The inclusion of the radio was brilliant and makes the car feel like it is moving that much quicker. Overall your game was top tier and its very obvious you put a lot of time into making it. Good work Mason, and Happy Holidays!

Dude when you pitched the concept in class I did not expect it to come out this good. Nice work. Love the map. Also the mirror was a nice touch.
