What a twist! Fun and interesting concept. Nice homage to Clue.

I followed the walkthrough, and it worked. I think your scenario is good so far, but I think the way the trial portion is presented could be better. I'm not sure what the difference is between the answer mentioning the voice and the one mentioning the start of the night. It was also to tell what to look for when analyzing the scene.
Spoilers ahoy!
I didn't have time to make a walkthrough to include with this game, so here's a short guide if anyone gets stuck (also, if anyone knows the spoiler tag for itch.io comments, please let me know):
1) Check the doors to the garden, the study, the dining room (left downstairs door), the lounge (right downstairs door), the door in between the dining room and lounge, and the kitchen. Afterwards, walk back to the foyer. Sometimes it glitches and you need to check the door in between the lounge and dining room twice.
2) In the lounge, talk to each character at least once.
3) After the blackout, examine the window, the radio, the bloodstain, the body, the spot the gun was found, the lightswitch, and each of the characters.
4) During the trial, the correct answers are:
A) The recording started playing.
B) Someone inside the room turned them off.
C) Dr. Christie.
D) See the victim.
E) Ms Ruby.
F) Broken glass.
G) Dr. Christie
H) Ms Ruby and Dr. Christie are in on it together.
5) Walk to the dining room.
