Well that was an abrupt ending aha. I like how you mixed some Bioshock and Soma vibes into this short narrative.  Maybe some more ambiant sounds to reinforce the atmosphere would be great and could work well with your nicely handled psx look. 

Unique look for the game.
I did love the idea of underwater hotel, kind of like Bioshock, but, having a cleaning service and all. Towards the middle, the plot was a bit confusing, although the final appearance made everything clear. 
As for the looks and gameplay, it's great. No problems, no bugs, just the navigation felt a bit confusing and frustrating, but that's a personal issue. 
Overall, fantastic game.
