I will be honest whilst the game is centered on spying, the century is wrong being around 30 years off

I only really used the American anthem and the Wilhelm scream. I also used a rock from Quixel megascan. But other than that everything on screen is by my doing and creation

Be prepared to starve yourself, or worse yet, starve your horse!

Very easy to play multiple runs, and by that I mean I lost mine very fast, haha.

A mishmash of 2D and 3D elements used, hard to tell if AI was used or not. The dithering on the character design looks off/generated to me, but this could also be your personal taste, so I felt it was better to ask.


Some additional feedback would be really great when you press the options, I lost a run because I was expecting some kind of feedback or prompt to confirm my choices!

Definitely one of those games where you can laugh it off when you lose!

Thank you for reviewing, regarding AI I just went back onto the page and added a section about its usage, my apologies for not disclosing sooner. Near the end I had all options working with prompts but for some reason I could not explain it broke. I spent hours upon hours trying to fix it... nothing. I'm glad that you can laugh it off upon losing, not a game to be taken seriously I suppose. Thank you for playing and thanks for hosting HAJ9, it has been a pleasure 👍

I liked the concept and the opening screen. I tried all the options a few times and died each time.

I made the game with the intention of it being hard, maybe way too hard. Even through playtesting, I died a lot. The game essentially comes down to luck and admittedly is impossible. The English can arrive at any point up to two years from the start but the whole option really is against the player. Thank you for the feedback

I liked some of the art assets you've made, and you've clearly put effort into the interactive story elements. But, without any form explanation or instructions, I really had no idea what I was supposed to do. I tried playing a few times and died on day one each time. At least Boston is British again, so that's a win.

Thank you, I made most assets. In terms of instructions, it seems so silly on my side that I did not get playtesters or even see it myself. I really should have added some sort of instructions because without them I notice it can be completely odd.

Interesting but I didn't get very far. It was hard to understand how to play, and I could not find out how to play again. The Wilhelm scream was fun. The loading was a bit too long. Maybe the memory size can be reduced?

Thanks for the feedback. Only after uploading do I really notice the errors. Sorry about load times, I could have tried optimising better but I kinda rushed near the end forgetting things like that. In terms of difficulty, I can say that I agree I perhaps went about it wrong and should have definitely gotten some playtesters or added a textbox. I forgot to add a restart button 🤦.
