Good game, i had trouble at the start identifying how each option affected each of the other jars but it was easy to figure it out after a couple turns
Your game looks so deep and interesting, but I can't understand how to play it=(
It lacks the tutorial. I've never played similiar games, so can't use my game experience as I usually do in these cases.
But anyway, Good Work! I can see the efforts you put in it
I like how this game focused a bit more on the logistical side of the Trojan War, trying to balance the happiness, favor, defence and food supply becomes quite the challenge towards the end. I also like how the events follow along with the story of the war and the stats react accordingly to how the Trojans viewed the event.
A tutorial would be nice, but I found the game quite easy to pick up. Plus I'm not really in any shape to judge about a lack of a tutorial lol.
I love the look of the game with the scroll looking UI and the multiple options for reacting to events, reminds me of CK2 events. Out of curiosity is it even possible to win as the Trojans in a sort of non-canon ending?
Great work for just 6 days!
I'm glad you enjoyed the game!
It's not possible to win as the Trojans, I had thought about doing a secret ending of some kind but the idea of having all four options on the last event being to bring the Trojan Horse in was hilarious to me so I went in that direction instead.
Nice game considering the time given. I understand the lack of tutorial, and I eventually figured the game out. However, the gameplay felt a little repetitive a few minutes in. I really love the music. For a game jam, this game was extremely well polished. Well Done!
This game was really fun and considering this was made in just 6 days is pretty impressive, although there defiantly could be a better tutorial at the start. Its still a pretty good strategy game.
Thanks! I had my covid vaccine on Saturday and Gallantry is launching on Friday so I've been really limited with time, hence the lack of a tutorial, but I'm glad you enjoyed it.
