Game Description
A little card game about trying to have a conversation with someone after losing your ability to speak the common language of man.

How does your game tie into the theme?
It's about the myth of the Tower of Babel, which is about a tower that reached very high in the sky and was considered an affront to God Himself.

very original, surprisingly fun, and nice music too. a little better visuals would be nice. also, disallowing players from doing trial-and-error would be ideal as well, since at the moment they can just drag and drop any card until the most effective one is found. 


it took me a little while to understand the scoring system, but as soon as i understood that it was [sum of left points] * [sum of right points] it wasn't so bad. explaining the scoring system would be much recommended, because it would allow players to plan which cards to use and which to keep.


good job! consider trying my game as well!

Extremely original in terms of gameplay and concept.

Runescape vibes for the music too which is a huge plus.

Two small critiques:

  • It looks a little plain, a little more visual flair would be nice.
  • As already mentioned by others, the rules could be more clear.

really unique concept, executed very well. it was a bit confusing at first but eventually you start to see what works and what doesn't. also thanks to reading the comments before playing, i knew that god and hebrew were wildcards! the music and sfx really brought this game to life, that alongside the morbid premise of the game, i couldn't help feeling intrigued and creeped out at the same time haha. great work!!

I wasn't sure if there was a way to determine which cards are best to play, but because you could see the score before you played the cards I just tried every card until I had the passing score. I think it would have been interesting to make the player discover what scores well.

Interesting and very original. But it's somewhat confusing. Took me a couple of rounds to notice that scores are multiplied rather than added. And understanding how to pair cards can be complicated when beginning the game For example, should you pair cards with other cards with similar concept (theme?) or languages? I notice that languages are graded higher when pairing rather than concept.

thanks for your reply. yea basically the closer the languages are  and the closer the words are, the more point you get. we also forgot to mention that the word god and the language Hebrew are wild cards. we were kinda just focused on a playable game and not really users instructions. so i appreciate you feedback.
