I think its a really interesting idea, but yeah just having some user friendly things like speeding up the time would have really helped a lot. really cool submission though!
Time for some Lemmings!
This game is missing one key feature that would make all of its problems go away: Tooltips. Once I made it to level 3, I had yarn and ninja, and I had no hope of understanding them well enough implicitly to understand how to use them.
The edge-panning could use a little refinement, but I can use it. That's what's important.
Otherwise, it is competently made, and I look forward to seeing you guys try again in December!
Interested in you feedback: do you mean tooltips on the tool icons, or on individual lem ... err I mean ... cat?

Took me a few seconds to understand how the game works - works pretty good though! I wish there was a way to speed things up.
Yes, sadly we lacked the few hours required to do UX polish ("Restart current level" would have been nice too 😭).
