Very cool mechanic, although it was quite difficult to control. I think it was very unique, and I enjoyed the art. Good job!

Developer

Thanks, glad that you enjoyed it.

The hookshot mechanic was pretty neat. I had some trouble getting used to it but once I did, figuring out the puzzles felt quite rewarding.

Developer

Thanks. The hookshot mechanic are not perfect but I'm glad you enjoyed the gameplay.

Nice job. It was hard to get used to controls but hook mechanic is always complicated to code.

Developer

Thanks. It was complicated and wasted a lot of time trying to "perfect" the hook.

Loved the concept, very original. Controlling the character was a bit hard, but guess that's part of the gameplay.

I did had sometimes where my character fell into the red spikes, but bounced around and all the health was gone immediately.

Overall great work!

Developer

Thanks, guess forgot to disable the collision when the player bounce back to the checkpoint.

Very good! Controller was a bit iffy but overall a great experience. Do add jump once the Jam ends haha

Thanks! Yup, agree with the control part, yeah, without jumping mechanics, the gameplay feel a bit weird, hahahaha, but that's the challenge.
