Movement controls and player animations are very nice! There wasn't much gameplay to be had here though. I think you should have the combo graphic stay on the screen for a few more seconds, currently it's almost illegible.
Gets fun once you get in the groove of it !
That energy mechanic might work really well! It seems to only have one optimal choice (many together -> grab these, many together with 6s -> definitely grab these), but it might just come from lack of risk: there's no pressure in the game because you can't lose at all which makes it less a game and more just a mechanic prototype, but with some love it could make a fun game.
Very true and yep, the intention was to add hit points and projectiles from the dice, amongst other things - but hey, jam time constraints! Thanks for the feedback! 😄
