interesting game concept, didn't care for the text that came up though

The text is only supposed to hint in case you forget the effect from the shown number. Anyway, thank you for your feedback!

Congrats on your first jam! My main feedback is that as helpful as the minimap can be it ends up blocked 1/4 of the screen space, at least when running the WebGL version. Great effort!

Thank you for the feedback!! Honestly I noticed it only in the final build when uploded to itch and it was too late. In the editor everything was fine, probably something with auto resizing or something like that.

Enemies spawned on top of me on multiple occasion, would be nice to prevent that from happening because there is no counterplay. Pretty good for your first Jam overall though.

Developer

Good idea, I could do that :) Thank you for your feedback!!

Pretty good game sprites would've been nice though.

yeah I know, Im not a good artist at all, and I wanted to focus on creating a playable game (within time limit) since it is my first game jam :) Thank you for the feedback!

It's my first game jam too and it's probably a good thing that you wanted to focus on the coding aspect going in and knowing that you're not too great of an artist. What you built has pretty nice potential if you keep working on it.

Thanks! I am planning working on my art skills soon, when Ill feel Im good enough with coding.
