The art is amazing! I really liked the little finger dudes who were running on their index and midde fingers, that was a great idea for an enemy! The boss fight was a little confusing, because I didn't know if I had defeated the boss or not. And the melee and aoe weaons could use a little buff, because I basically only kept using the shooting weapon. But overall, well done!

Great idea! Execution not amazing though. Art and sound were pretty cool.  Agree with others, the mechanic doesn't really make much sense. Maybe would have been better if the roll itself was bigger damage on a cooldown, so that you'd never just choose not to change damage types?

I wish I could have enjoyed it more. The art is amazing. And I love the body horror enemies.

But the mechanic of weapon switching doesn't really work because most of the weapons kinda suck and there's not much of a penalty for enrolling. I got a 5, and then I wrecked every enemy. I never wanted to use another weapon.

Also, there was a weird bug where when you entered a room, you couldn't attack until after you rolled.

The graphics are amazing, and the animations too. I love how you bothered with cutscenes. Just wish there were sound effects.

There's a good base for a game here, and I didn't hate it. It was super polished!

Congrats on the level of production you were able to reach within the jam timeframe! The art is really excellent, so props to both your artists on this.

The concept of rolling to change your ability is really solid, and I like what you do here with having weak attack and strong attacks with the different types. I also think that rolling decreasing your "luck" bar was a very good design choice, because it (in theory) discourages spamming the roll feature.

In practice, I think the main thing the game needs is more balancing, which would have come with more dev time (hard to do with jam time constraints). The penalty for rolling is so low, that it was very simple to do so at the start of each room until I got a strong attack, and then just never change it.

If you keep working on this, I think it could be fun to have enemies or obstacles that are better suited to different attacks/abilities, and you might play with different ways to restrict/encourage rolling the die.

In all, for a jam version, this is really well put together. Nice work!
