Not bad for your first public game! It'd be nice to have an animation or a sound effect play when you press the attack button, and maybe a cooldown on the attack so you can't spam it. Other than that though, I think you have a cool interpretation of the jam theme!

I would have gone for a high score if I understood how the damage area of the sword is determined.

As it says it is a bit janky. It took a couple deaths to realize the bats spawn from the graves and I could just mash the space bar to survive longer. But it was a good game and I enjoyed it.
