I died many times to myself, hahaha it took me a while to realize that the shots crossed the stage!
I think every time my shot hit an enemy it ended up spawning another enemy. that's right?
anyway, good job! congratulations on the submission
Haha yeah I was unsure about allowing the player to hit themselves. Initially the bullets had a longer lifetime on screen and it was way too difficult. And yes, if you shoot an enemy that is of the wrong 'color' (or number, they're color coded) it will spawn another one rather than destroying it.
ooooooooohhhhhh, now i get it! i wll try again!
Please, if you have a little time, try my game too, I would love your feedback!
Just played Sad and Furious- that was an absolute joy. Love the idea of diceland, and that music was rad!
that's great! thanks for playing <3
My eyes are hurting with the bright colors, but cool concept. I particularly like this type of aesthetic, Atari/Commodore-like.
Haha, yeah I must admit I didn't put much thought into the color scheme, and I definitely need to learn more about color theory. Thanks very much for playing!
There is a site called Lospec that lists color palettes. Start using simpler palettes (4 colors, 8 colors, 12 colors) to really understand how to reuse colors in a consistent and coherent way.
That's brilliant- thanks for the link!
Ok, fixed the bug on win-state. Good luck playing, have fun!
