How does your game fit the theme?
Pix is a lost pixel who traverses and transforms between size and dimension in order to find its way back home. Pix starts out life as a 0d point becoming a 1d line, 2d square and a 3d cube. Pix also travels between file sizes: a pixel, a letter, a image, and a video file.

very cool idea

Wow, the idea is great, and reading the whole script of the future parts while playing is cheeky, I like it! Creative platforming overall

Agree with some other comments about the length of the sections, feel a lil dragged, but imo that's no biggie for a jam. Such things are usually polished in non sleep-deprived environments :)

The idea is phenomenal and the execution is good, my only complain is that the individual sections are maybe too long, in game jams the people who play want to get to the point of the game quickly (3-5 mins at most), if the point is the different sections, make them smaller in order to make the player catch the idea faster. Nevertheless Great Job.

Really neat idea for a platformer, art style is cool too!

Submitted(+2)

The artstyle is very good, and so is the music! It seems I was stuck in an animation at some point (after the video editing segment), but I really enjoyed the game!

Developer(+2)

thanks so much! you got Lu to thank for the art style. unfortunately the we were in such a rush that we didn't have  a chance to play test the game because  our programmer needed to go to school early and couldn't fix any bugs.

if you would like to stay up to date you could follow the page to show interest!

like 5 said, I had to leave for school while the game was uploading to the google drive (because I didn’t have the time to submit it on itch.io myself) so I didn’t have time to bug test and I’m so disappointed because it’s such a simple problem.

It happens! Don't be too hard on yourself, the game still was fun.

Even though the game isn't finished, I liked the idea and the atmosphere. It could be something really cool if you continue it! :)

Developer

thanks a lot :)

Developer(+1)

Sadly I didn’t have time to do a final bug test before going to school so a simple problem that went unnoticed prevents you from finishing the game, but thanks a lot!

I think this is a great submission and honestly a very unique take on a platformer!
