It's really good and immersive, horror games rarely do something to me but this one managed to unsettle me. It might be a skill issue but it took me half an hour to get to 950m and then a fish ate literally all my scraps. I especially love the sound design. Amazing
A lot of it depends on rng, since spawning is completely randomized, but we're glad to hear you had gotten immersed into the game and tried your best! Thank you very much for playing!
Got a good feeling to Asteroids but in deep waters. I'm old fashioned guy that has no patient over tutorial stuff, so i wish there would be a way to skip that large tutorial phase, which rest a little the feeling of figuring out the gameplay by oneself. Overall it's a great game!
Thank you very much for your feedback! We are looking into redoing the tutorial and just easing the player into various elements, but we were short on time, unfortunately. However, if you want to skip the tutorial, you need to press the escape key while in it, and that will just make you jump into gameplay right away!
Omg! I love this! It was so scary and I had to hold my breath while playing sometimes! It's amazingly immersive! It's so fun when it gets darker and the neon lights appear, such a pretty detail. I managed to go 950m and then they took like half of my scraps and brought me back to 300. So close!
Thank you very much for playing, I'm very glad you loved the immersive experience as we aimed exactly for that to be the key of the game!
Also it’s fun when monster-fishes steals a scrap from you. So fishy behaviour )
Great game. I like the music and a sound design. And how the atmosphere changes when you go deeper.
As an improvement, I’d make an intro manual way shorter, just a two basic movements. And reveal other stuff while the game is going. I’d skip an intro at all on a restart. And maybe show some ?-mark to pause the game and get a full manual by clicking on it.
Thank you for playing and for the feedback, we will definitely make the tutorial a bit more interactive and not just an info dump at the beginning!
Thank you very much for playing!
A great game and really interesting gameplay! Would've been cool if the background had a slight water animation to make it even more immersive :)
I only managed to get to 500m, but whew, who knew fish could be so scary
Hahah thank you very much for playing in any case, I hope you enjoyed the game!
Has a strong visual sense and very colorful/neon pallet that was not hard on the eyes! Overall Game felt too easy because you can stuck object on top of each other but I really look forward to play after difficulty being balanced!
Thank you for playing, we hope to balance it out further so it's more enjoyable and speed up the pacing of the game making it a bit more arcade-like!
I would love to see it happen! Dropping a follow!
Solid game. A more dynamic tutorial would work better, gradually introducing mechanics instead of dumping all the info at the beginning. It becomes more interesting about halfway down once the darkness starts spreading. Good vibe, almost horror at times. I like the sonar mechanic, unfortunately I only picked it up once. At times the game seems too unfair with no way to avoid enemies. Controls could be improved, needing to hold left mouse for 10-20 minutes is not comfortable at all. Reached the 1000m.
Thank you for playing and giving an extensive feedback! We are definitely looking into making it more balanced and more face-paced, but still try to remain the horror element to it!
The tutorial makes it seem very hard and complex, but it's pretty fun. Can get kind of boring at the start and it isn't pleasant to have to hold down your left mouse button for such a long period of time.
Thank you for your feedback! We are trying to find ways to make it more fast-paced and to gradually introduce the player to the mechanics!
