This is such a fun idea! I could see this turning into a rogue-like deckbuilder spelling game! I always used real words but it looks like my opponent didn't. Having like a limited number of discards for the player might help fix some times when RNG doesn't give you good letters. Nice work!
Love the cowboys art ! Looking for a word in a limited time is fun but I don't know if it's always guaranteed to have a possible word. Being able to cancel a letter would also be nice
I really enjoyed this game! Having to scramble together words in a time limit to maximize your score is a really fun game loop. I also find low-poly 3D art style very endearing like the frog detective games. It would be nice if you could click on a chosen letter to "undo" the selection. Fantastic job :)
i loved the artstyle, but the game part was iffy with stuff like what counts as a word and the letter selection. but in general this is a very promising idea
We directly used the ~178,000 word bank from the official Scrabble dictionary. So you can blame Hasbro for that!
Honestly, I feel like this game was made just for me! I love the goofy art style, the gameplay reminded me of those old typing games, but a lot more fun! As someone who's also made a nerdy-ass knowledge game, I loved this! 10/10 good cowby
So glad you liked it! The team who made the game plays word games online against each other all the time, so we really wanted an excuse to make a word game :D
