Interesting game! Love the fact that in a sense this covers 2 years of GMTK jam themes xD

i'm only playing the play in browser submissions, but i love how you exploited the fact that "roll of the dice" and "roles reversed" both have the /rəwl/ sound in them. (this is just commenting on the title and idea, not actual gameplay)

I like the idea of using rolls instead of roles. Though I did find the gameplay quite confusing, most of the time, I had no idea what I was doing.

Interesting idea. I like how it also fits last years theme. I think there needs to be some sort of limiting mechanic to prevent you just spamming time travel to get 1s only - I don't think the excitement score is enough for that. Maybe there should be some sort of mana system? Not sure. Great kernel of an idea though.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that! Yeah,  it's definitely more of a concept than an actual game lol! (*´▽`*;) That kind of limit is exactly what I was experimenting with when I added the hard mode. Sadly I only was able to add that in the last fifteen minutes so it is what it is for the rest of the jam!
