Really cool idea! Like the others mentioned, the asteroids could be bigger
(Barely) beat it on my second try - the difficulty is quite tough! I think it takes a lil' bit too much control away from the player, though. Especially since some asteroids spawn (or quickly move) outside of the reachable area but the enemy can just fly there. Sometimes you'll score a bunch of points at once, at other times there's absolutely nothing you can do. The connection to the theme is a bit light as well, think it would've worked better if your job was to collect the asteroids in time so the enemy cannot shoot them in classic Asteroids fashion. Spawning a decoy asteroid is a fun idea, however!
I liked the game, had no problems with controls like others. Juggling my focus between catching asteroids and picking the best time to distract the opponent was good. Some point to consider:
The asteroids were a bit small;
Would be nice to move around to catch them;
Maybe it would be interesting to incorporate more gameplay ideas from the original asteroids to see how it affects the game.

The debris are way too small, but otherwise it's an interesting gameplay.
the game didn't work for me
The rotation changing directions makes it really hard. I think the asteroids are also a little small. It'd also be nice to have UI to show what you're supposed to do in game.
It's really difficult!! I feel like a lot of the challenge comes from the way the net rotates a different direction when it's closer to you, it's really hard to control.
Ohno, the change in direction is not intentional. Looks like you found a bug :( I was also able to reproduce the issue right now. Sorry for that!
