Cool game, but couldn't get points and I kept teleporting back to the station.

To mark points you need to go to your office while being followed by prisoners and press E without being in collision with them (due to how the code work, sorry for that).
As for being teleport back to the station it must be because you touch the square cactus at the end of what could be hole. It's to avoid death but also give some kind of punishment for falling in them. It will teleport you back to your station and free the prisoners that you didn't take back to your station yet.
What an amazing soundtrack! Points were uncertain to me as well.

Very cool little game! I love the feel of the jump and the music fits well! The enemy AI is good too, I like how they get the little "!", metal gear solid style!
