Fun game & solid concept! I think it would work better if it was faster-paced but given more jetpack, because it's not really challenging - the boulder just kinda gets in the way and takes a little longer to get to the next platform. The physics of the chain & ball is well done, and it was fun to stand on the ball! Nice work!

idea *feels* obvious, but i haven't seen anyone do that, so great job! the execution is nice, but it kinda felt like the ball affects how i move more than i do? which makes sense, but it just doesn't feel that great. i also like how you can stand on the ball to go higher, or maybe create a little island for yourself to survive the water.

just saying, i would've played a post-jam build with more polish? maybe? :P (no pressure!)

I'd have to agree with all your comments really. There are some oddities to the physics on the chain, it's probably because they're too realistic for what is actually a very unrealistic scenario. The jetpack was weaker only an hour before the final build and the ball had a much greater mass for most of the development too. I fine tuned the physics at the end of development but I knew that it still had room for improvement unfortunately.

Pretty cool, I like the spin with the chain, but sometimes it felt like the jetpack barely gets you off the ground which is frustrating. Otherwise cool game! :D

Nice game! I couldn't hear any sounds playing when I played it though. I enjoyed swatting spiders out of the air with the boulder. I would have personally had one ledge type that the chain doesn't collide with to mix it up a little.

There aren't any sounds in this build unfortunately. The red platforms have round edges which makes it easier to pull the chain along, is that what you mean, or no clipping entirely?

I mean if there were some platforms where the chain didn't collide at all and went straight through them, while still being able to stand on the platforms with the player/boulder it might have been an interesting mechanic
