This was a very tranquile puzzle experience. I like how laid back it felt. Also, kudos for the color blind support with patterns. I'm not color blind, but I really appreciate that extra detail. I love the minimalistic art style and sound effects.
The puzzle ideas were fun. However, I was able to solve most of them by picking a random tile and reverse engineering where I needed to go based on what was left after I died once or twice.
I think the idea itself was fun, but I didn't find myself particularly challenged because I just couldn't remember which tile did what. I think that was the "out of control" element regarding the theme, but that just made me blindly pick tiles until I won rather than using puzzle solving skills like I normally would.
Overall, I like the game a lot, I just wish I could've used my brain a bit more instead of randomly selecting tiles because I couldn't remember what tiles did. Great job and presentation on your game :)
Thank you so much for playing our game! It's our first project and your review means so much to us! Reverse engineering works untill you run out of lives. We didn't playtest it, so couldn't say for sure how many attempts are enough to block you from random clicking :) Once we proceed with more lvls we definitely will consider you notices! Thank you overall, as our brain has melted at the end and we can't even play other projects :( Hope, tomorrow we will play 10-20 of it, starting with yours :)
If this is your first project, keep doing what you're doing. You did phenominal for a first project. I hope your team gets the rest you deserve. You made a game in just 48 hours and that's a very hard accomplishment to acheive to the degree that you did :) Thank you in advance for trying my game out when you get to it <3
