This has pretty cool design and ideas, but the platformign physics feels a bit Unity default. It's very hard to get platformer mechanics right on a tight schedule. Still, the levels were well designed.

The idea of going through the level twice was quite interesting.

instead of making several levels, you could try focusing on finishing and polishing one, there were a lot of missing sprites that made things feel awkward.

The game in general therms is fairly good. I only have one thing to say and it's the jump is unreal maybe adding a bit of physics to make it more real. Good game overall!

It's a gamejam so we can be forgiving about platform feel, but this one is a bit awkward feeling; it takes away from the fun :(.

A 2d platformer with 2 worlds that you switch between is the obvious choice for this theme. Your "other" world is not so different from the first world... but the fact that the main character runs off and you get left behind as a ghost was very... compelling for me. Very interesting.
